The Cow
Rock Crawler
Hello my friends,
Many of you know I am still in a serious set of crawling diapers... I am talking leak proof I am such a nube :lmao:I dont think I have posted a thread here on this rig and after a very busy year with my day job and cow (Thank You all!) this project has sat on the stove for almost a year and a half! I am feeling the itch and placed a small needed parts order to get back to wrenching so I thought I would share some history "thumbsup"
Thanks for looking and please share your thoughts/comments. "thumbsup"

This is a little more speed... Easy 80+ MPH (Geared for well over 80), Super stable at speed and sliding pavement corners, and a all around blast to drive once you have gotten used to respecting the throttle...Not a cheap lesson to learn. HEHE :mrgreen::mrgreen:
She started out as Factory Team RC8E running a Mamba Monster Combo, 6S1P 4000 MAH Lipo, and HPI Blast wheel and Phaltline tire combo (with custom belting).
Few throw back pics... with a rush paint job
After some time at the wheel and alot of hardcore tarmac destruction I decided to make a big parts order to address all the week spots (At these speeds everything becomes a week spot!) I Ordered some much needed upgrades and figured a plan of attack to address some big power Transfer issues.
Fioroni Hard Coated Ultra Light Chassis
And a ton of King Heads upgrades...
Front Chassis Brace
Rear Chassis Brace
Arm Mount A Plate
Arm Mount C Plate
Center Diff Top Plate
Rear Toe-In Plate
Arm Mount B Plate
Upper Top Plate and lower plate (lower not pictured)
Upgrades installed "Lid Off", Power Transfer issues solved, and a box of smiles at this piont  Still needing to watch the heat issues though in fair weather of 75 or above...
Then I was feeling a little Truggy like so time for a change! Painted by NeoNot
Still having alot of heat issues I decided it was time for some four corner weight reduction (So hard for me to give up the huge wheel look but some things must be) by moving to a signifigantly lighter GT2 foam or rally style wheel, Nylon spur and Re-gear, and decided while she is broken down I might as well get a little custom with the anodizing! Anodizing by 1offrc!
Top side of chassis is solid black "thumbsup"
Soon to be motor upgrade... NEU POWER BABY!
So this is where I left here about 1.5 years ago I recently had RockThrasher Paint and Graphics paint up some new lids to MOO-tivate me
I am hoping to spend the day wrenching and rebuilding Monday so I placed (I hope my last) parts order today in antacipation of the cooler weather and getting her dialed in during some up coming free time!
Picked me up some RPM front and rear black arms and some good looking Sweep GT Pre-Belted! Radials... Supposed to be very light weight, if anyone has experience with these lets here it!
