There's just so many things you can do to these rigs... and then there's the new SCX-10 II like you mentioned in a previous post! Now I'm debating taking the electronics out of my wraith, parting that out and buying the new II. They need to quit coming out with new rigs and accessories. 8)

SOCO NEWS......

We have a very special event planned for next month. We will be teaming up with the "Pikes Peak Children's Museum" for a day of fun. We will be throwing this event October 2nd at p15 in Palmer Park. $10 dollar entry fee and all proceeds will be donated to the museum. We are setting up a 100 gate adventure course that leads you through the park to find certain objects for possible swag prizes. The adventure will end at a 10 gate usrrca course that you will be judged on for another chance to win prizes. The club will supply refreshments and fun. We will have rental rigs for $20 that allows you to join the fun if you have never tried the hobby ( certain rules apply, must have valid drivers license)

ok guys and gals those of you who didnt already know soco rc is doing one of our famous camping trips this coming weekend. come on out and have fun with us we highly encourage you to camp with us if you want to participate in the whiskey comp. thats right that wasnt a miss print and naturally that is a 21 and older for the alcohol. bring your full size crawler and your scale trucks it was a blast last year and this one will be too iam sure do you have what it takes to be king ralf this time? 39°07'45.3"N 105°27'42.5"W follow the soco rc signs once you head thru the gate. hope to see ya there!!!!

Trying to crawl a mini summit was fun but just didnt do it for me so Ive been out for a couple years but I just picked up the new traxxas rig and would like to get back into a weekly hike/crawl. Once upon a time I found a weekly gtg here, I'm wondering if it will work again. Are there any out there that go out or at least would like to go out for a weekly hike?

most of our get togethers are at palmer park usually p9, p28, p13 and a few others we try to post the location plenty enough ahead so people can find out where to meet up at. and as usual we never look down at anyone who posts up an event or get together of there own .
