colorado springs weekly comps/trail runs?

Attention all short course racers. Dan , Dan and myself are going to the Rocky Mountain raceway tomorrow at 6pm to tune up the rigs and bash around awhile. Cmon out and run with us for a pleasant change of pace.

Here's an open question for the forum. Proline is now making there chisel comp tires in 1.9 scale size with the same compound. Should they be allowed to compete in 1.9 competitions ?? If so? It will change the whole game when it comes to tires. I had a set on my wraith for a year and no one could touch the cheater tires?

I dont think they should the 2.2s arent allowed to so why should the 1.9? But just my 0.02...

I just got the official ruling; they will not be allowed at the colorado series. But I think we should allow them on some of the extreme team challenge comps we throw. They are very extreme tires. Maybe on the ultra4 runs at palmer park too. Just throwing it out there. Those tires will drop your jaw on half the crap you can do with a set.

Yeh I could see the u4 runs and extreame style runs seeing as in my mind when you see 1:1 runs of that style there running what ever they want as long as the rig itself is in specs I wouldnt see why you couldnt run em

To all the volunteers that are helping out at the scale series comp this Sunday. We will be meeting up at the p9 parking lot at 8am to organize the course layouts for the trail runs.

Depending on how early my other riders want to leave from Pueblo I would be willing to help if you still need it.
