My buddy and I just went wheeling in Palmer Park and where curious if anyone ever goes up there anymore that would want to go do some wheeling and where else in the Pueblo and Springs area that's fun to crawl?

Yeah. We crawl at Palmer park all the time. The soco crawlers get together every Sunday at ten for a group fun run. We are in the middle of a tour right now. We just crawled red rocks today. And I believe we will be back to Palmer park for next weeks crawl. We also do Wednesday evening crawls that usually go into the night. Keep watching this forum thread for info.

Sweet ya I saw 100 on the pages and didn't even realize there's over 300 pages here. I subscribed. I'm down in Pueblo but springs has some amazing wheeling. I got a wraith and a deadbolt and my buddy has a really nice wraith that is pretty much built as built can get. Next chance I get me and my buddy will hop on a run for sure .

There's an area up gold camp road where a huge granite slab goes straight up the mountain. I remember last time I ran trails with my 1:1 up there it looked perfect for a scaler run. Anyone been there or familiar with the area?

I haven't been around gold camp since they closed the road after the flood but should be open by september!

maybe it was old stage coach road, its the one that goes over to victor and heads up right behind cheyene mountain zoo

That would be old stage road. That one also has been closed since the fires. It is suppose to open sometime this year as well

Old Stage is closed, it got all washed out. Supposed to be back open end of august / sept, something like that.

Its great for if u wana get a little wheeling action and shoot off a few rounds in town thats really about it tho maybe camp if u can find a spot u like

Yeah. Me and dan went up to old stage a couple weeks ago and they had a gate across it. That is a pretty cool road to drive. You can get back to catamount lake from there. A lot of places to camp and crawl. Hope it opens before summer is over.

If anyone is interested, a few of us will be doing a crawl at Ute Valley Park Wed evening at 6. There is some nice rock crawling there with some great lines, it should be a great evening crawl (weather permitting).
