colorado springs weekly comps/trail runs?

Completely tore apary my old Honcho.....going to make a dedicated 2.2 class 3 rig out of it. Plans are; extended wheel base, XR10 mod the axles (also with extended width), CMS, 3-link, new used body, who knows what else. This may take a little while, using what parts I already have and limited funds right now.

Wheelbase came out to 13.8", also bobbed the rear frame rails about 3/4".

Just saw your post. If you havent' left for the G6 yet and you woulnd't mind grabbing those extra gears that would be awesome! i'm just looking for some spares for the weekend lol
 
Great time this weekend at the recon G6 in buena vista. Shout out to all the Colorado Springs drivers,way to represent. I picked up some extra stickers for those who didn't make it and a cool axial banner for club events.some pictures of the weekend.

couple yetis ran the G6 event. Bullet fast and they suck up the bumps at high speed.but it is not a crawler two speeds "stop and get the hell out of the way"

Welcome to crawlerado. We usually post up on Wednesday where we will be crawling on Sunday. Was talking to the guys this weekend and I think we are going to hit up the west side of red rock canyon. I'll post up a pin drop this week of where we will meet up.

Soco RC Crawlers "Tour of the springs" continues this Sunday at ten. We will be crawling the west side of red rock canyon open space.this area is where they mined most of the red sandstone bricks in the eighteen hundreds that built manitou and old colorado city.
