fun run guys!

Good times for sure. we gotta make another run soon.

That's sick man! I gotta 1979 ford f150 body that I'm gonna be painting pretty soon. I'm going to school for welding but I haven't gotten into brazing. Where do you get materials and stuff for that?

Thanks man! its my first time working on small scale tube like ths and im really happy with how it turned out. I used 3/16 brake line, a 3/16 chainsaw file to fish mouth the joints, and soldered it all together. was gonna braze it bt solder is plenty strong for this.

Dude.. start brazing them for better strength, perfect it for the scx and wraith and throw a black powder coat on it. And ill bet you could get 40 to 50 bucks for them if not more.

Yeah my rig has changed a bit again as always. It has the body back on now so it is comp legal and a lot of upgrades. I should really do a thread on it some time. Maybe when I ditch the stock chassis. Anyone gonna be at PP tomorrow? I need my crawling fix. Rig has been broke more than not lately.

Well my wife and my 5yr old at PP with me today, The kiddo grabs the rx squeezes the throttle to full. I hear the crawler take off at full speed but only for a moment, I thought she had let go of the trigger but as it turns out the crawler was wedged into a ledge and she was still mashing the gas. The smell of smoke is what drew my attention back to the crawler. So bummed. That motor had only about 10 packs through it. Guess I will be seeing how fast HH can turn around a rebuild on a fried motor. =(
