Looks like RAM is closed on sundays, maybe with a large enough group headed there they would open for the day. I doubt I would be able to make it anyway. But here is my 1:1 rig

You should try and make it out.
I've already set it up with Ray the owner.
They will be opening ram for us on the 20th and its going to be nice weather in the 50's.
gonna be a good time for sure!

Even got a couple people bringing RCs!

Hey guys!
I am new to the whole crawler scene. I picked up a Axial Wraith last week and am looking for some people who like to get together and have some crawl/trail runs sometime.
Plus any advice anyone can give about possible moving the battery to the front or any other info on how to make the center of gravity lower would be fantastic.

Nice pick on the wraith bro..there's a bunch of us Runnin them..Its lookin to be a very nice day Wednesday and it just so happens I have the day off..anyone feel like a romp in palmer park in sixty seven degree weather..

Keep an eye on this thread for bbg's/fun runs this spring in palmer park. Come out and get to know the guys. They can help ya get your wraith balanced out for some serious crawlin..

Thanks for the info. I will definitely keep a eye out here. I wish I could make it Wednesday unfortunately I have to work all day. Maybe one of these days we can get together and have some runs. I am waiting for my vanquish parts to come in so I can get her running again. A little annoyed that I have driven it three times, not really running it hard and it snaps a c hub.

Yep..that's the first thing that goes wrong with all of them..lock tight on the screws help until you can switch to an aluminum hub system..then take everything out of the back and stuff it in the front..little tougher, but achievable couple lead weights in the front and it will stop flopping on its back up steep runs..

Yea that's what I was reading. Hence the reason I went with the vanquish stage 1 kit. Hopefully that will help. I will have to see what i can come up with to stick everything up front. Have you used the tsl super swampers for tires? Was wondering how they do.

That's what I run on my wraith and love em...

I can help you with electronics relocation as well. What side of town you on?

I am actually east of the Springs. I am out in Peyton. I come to the Springs all the time. I would really appreciate the help with the relocation. I am worried that my battery may not fit. I have a venom 2cell 5000Mah battery would that fit up in there?

I am off Wednesday as well. I destroyed my last servo at the comp they had in Lazyland on Sunday and I need to get a new one. Hoping that the LHS will have something decent at a reasonable price. If they do I will for sure be up for some crawling. :)
