Classifieds??

Good afternoon everyone! I just registered, I want to purchase a green star. But I do not have PayPal. Could someone explain how do I get PayPal? And also just to clarify? I will be able to browse the classified section after I purchase the green star? Absolutely look forward to being a part of this forum!!!
 
I have purchased a green star and can browse through the classified section but can't seem to reply to a post. Can someone please tell me how to do this? When I click on the reply to post button it says that I don't have access to that option.
 
That is correct. Everything you need to know is in the rules. Just look a few posts up and the link to the rules is right there.
 
Where it says in what you copy/pasted, there are stickies describing the rules… read those.
 
Incorrect. It's automated. But no one knows how it works, it just does, eventually.
 
log out - clear cookies - log back in .... most of the time its just that.

Top of the page , click on Forum Rules, scroll down to Supporting Member Information, click on Member Info.
