I should of known that the stock three bolts for the locker would break. I went ahead and TIG welded the Hot Racing overdrive to the locker.

This is the first video of the Ayala Metal Works Chuggy and Forty One together on the Crawler Innovations rock garden. Both vehicles are TIG welded creations of my son Gavin of Ayala Metal Works. Both vehicles are based off the Axial racing SCX10.2 platform. Both vehicles have Vanquish Products Currie axles, motor plates, transmission top shafts, titanium links, transfer cases and 1.9 bead locks. Both vehicles are using the Pitbull Tires 1.9 Rock Beast (4.50" OG size), with Crawler Innovations 4.50" Lil Nova Comp Cut Foams. P/N; CWR-2025 front and CWR-2026 rear.

I broke the steel winch line again so I am switching to this More synthetic line and I doubled up the line.

I Tested the synthetic rope and it works better than the steel and has lasted 4 battery packs already.

The bent front lower links are awesome they provide the right amount of ground clearance for ledges.

These Pitbull tires only have about 25% tread left on them and the rubber is getting so thin some parts of the tire are ripping.

Footage of the Chuggy using a Pitbull Tires - PBX A/T Hardcore 1.9 4.05 size tires on the C.I rock pile. The More synthetic rope is still holding the front axle for forced articulation"thumbsup". I replaced all four threaded axle inserts.

Crawler Innovations held a Get Together at three locations in Tyler, Texas on 02.02.2019. This was a get together and not a competition. We drove whatever genre of rc crawler the majority wanted and applied the Activated Outlaw Rule Set to that class.

This video is Gavin driving "The Chuggy" in the Activated 4.50" scale crawler class on a course at the LeGrand House.

Update
New 3.5 Big Bore shocks with RPM 2 stage pistons (Green), Modified Caps from Blue Iris.
I changed the rear 4 inch shocks to the 3.5 big bore to see if it helped rock crawling along with changing the front shocks.

New Video of the Chuggy trail bouncing using RC4WD Mickey Thompson 1.9" Single Baja MTZ Scale Tire's that are Really worn! The front pair has been grooved through the center of the tire and the rear has been grooved for deeper lugs. All the tires have the inside lugs cut out for the softest tire.

The foams are Crawler Innovations/ Front Lil' Nova Dual Stage 4.25” Comp Cut Inner / Soft Outer SKU:CWR-2014 / Rear Lil' Nova Dual Stage 4.25” Comp Cut Inner / Medium Outer SKU:CWR-2015

Thanks For Watching

Another video of the Chuggy using the RC4WD MK Baja tire's but now on the rocks these tires are so soft they wrinkled the back rear tires. The soft tire and some light throttle really warms up these tires and grabs traction. The Big bore shocks have been working and holding fluid very well and the forced articulation winch More synthetic line is still holding strong after 4 months and alot of hours of run time. The video/drive ended early when a lower link rod end that was worn pulled out of the pivot ball.

New rear geometry.
I moved all the rear link mounts to the outside of the axle link mount and I did the same with the shocks. I used a jeepindoug 6mm aluminum ball studs for better rod end motion.
