Did you lose any suspension travel / clearance adding the second battery there?

I sat and examined the clearances before fully going for it. At full bump the battery does touch on the servo but there were no clearance issues I simply re tuned the shocks for the additional weight up front. After testing I decided to remove it the car crawled well however the car seemed to lose its bounce. The car is for a stock class comp thing were doing during downtime at races so not much going to be happening as far as upgrading.

Follow Harley's guide, it is THE BOOK!

Pfft no need guides.

Some pics

Gonna drop this in when I finally do fry the motor.

You will be quite pleased with that integy motor. I have been running one in my wraith and smoked it 3 times and it is still going.

My friend just installed his and I was pleased with how peppy it was. Plenty good for some light crawling and some bashing.

MG946R servo
25T servo horn
CKRC battery forward mod with 5000mah punch pack
Fastback mod with 106mm axial tubes

Just added a rear cover trying to get some video soon.

Picked up the treps as deadbolt takeoffs.

Just picked up a vanquish steering kit from CKRC.

Made some changes ditched the reds and put purple springs changed out my rear lower links to a dual shock setup (RSteele skilled machinist) which allowed me to move the rear shocks off the axle. Upper and lower mounts flipped and plastic bodied shocks rebuilt with 40wt.

My recent discovery about rim venting has really turned my treps around, along with break in they grip amazingly and seem to crawl really well also. Ive been researching weather or not Axial made r40 trepadors I bought mine as deadbolt takeoffs and was super bummed but now I have no doubt that all maxxis treps weather rtr or not are r35. I've compared mine side by side to bnip ones and they are identical in compound.

Loving my Maxxis tires! Still using stock foams did some crawling In Tooele Utah at the Ultra4 American rocksports challenge. They hooked up great and I was walking up lines with ease. Trying to get some more runtime and pics if the weather cooperates.

1) Nice landscaping!
2) Man those tires grip the rocks well! I have cut S40 (hard compound) BFG Krawlers, they grip really well in the dirt but like crap on the hard surfaces. There's no way I'd be able to follow you through those lines you were taking.

Just some wimpy climbs I got dozens of lines out there. Really happy with the maxxis tires proper venting and break in they perform amazing

No. I have no skills. they are custom by someone else's hand. Decided to wait until I can get better shocks to run the duals stock bodies are too crappy and I need to come up with a new rear upper mount.
