What is your opinion about that tire do you think the sidewall that fits in the bead is to thin?

What is your opinion about that tire do you think the sidewall that fits in the bead is to thin?

i'll post this and get back on the main subject. give this guy a try http://www.motoworxracing.com/rcwheels.htm he's a vender on here and me and another guy are using them with the pro-line tsl sx's and have never lost a bead, and i should have several times:twisted:

I know it is not the best scale looking tire there is and I had a hard time putting them on mine for that reason, but my Mashers have killed any other tire I have tried on my trail truck. I was highly impressed with them. I have not tried the TSL's but am hoping some one has used them both and can chime in here.

where did that hole come from?

it was pinched between two rocks and i powered out of it. the guys i was with said it looked like it should have pulled the tire off the bead lock but it did this instead. this was the same spot i broke the gears in my 430 oz. airtronics servo.:twisted:

I would take the hole instead of the tire getting ripped off and ruining something or losing the tire. "thumbsup"

They work, but they're just absolutely too wide to be scale at all. The 1.9's look good and are scale in width, but the 2.2's are just kinda ridiculous.
I've had issues with my Vanquish wheels and the TSL 2.2's as well. Sanded bead surface a bit to rough it up some and they're holding great.
I love my swampers even theough they seem to debead everytime I take them out. Waiting on a set of the 1>9 swampers for my green yota the blue yota runs the 2.2 swampers..
Damn , I thought I was the only one having that problem .

well craig, I was told by you that you like my Proline Flat Irons. So, I am just going to say that I personally like them. But, like the other guys said, there are quite a few out there that can get the job done better than others. I do wish mine were a tad bit taller.

I just ordered my TSL's today. I'm planning to put them on a set of RC4wd Rockrippers. Hope the bead holds. They work fine with G8 compound chisels so I should be fine.
