lol what mod?
you can prolly borrow one of my radios if you need to tim

thats what i thought i jw if he found something different

i mounted the servo on the frame on my blazer. but i also fab up a 3link with panhard bar link setup for it. its basically the hand bros kit but for the trex 60 axles

LoL thanks for the offer Nate but it won't take long to bind eather one of those radios...and the mod I was talking about was using the stock servo mount and mounting it on the frame

Jeff use my scroll saw and cut that abs that I gave ya and you can make a front servo/battery mount and stiffen your chassis at the same time.

Well heard back from the mounds, not as good of a response as I was looking for but then again they are looking into it.

"Hi Dan,
If I'm not mistaken, I talked or e-mailed with someone from your group
about a year or so ago. While I'm not sure that the Mounds is the
appropriate place for this kind of activity, I am certain that we can
find another Genesee County Parks facility that is. I'm hesitant about
you using the Mounds for this because of the amount of "regular" vehicle
traffic that uses the facility, especially the rock crawl area. I can
tell you for certain that a Saturday or Sunday is out of the question.

Given that, there are a couple things you should know.
Most of the Mounds, except for an 8-acre scramble area, will be closed
to trucks, cars, etc. from March 15-May 15.
At some point this spring/summer/fall, construction on Phase III of the
rock crawl area will be taking place.
All vehicles driven into the facility must have a State of Michigan ORV
sticker and purchase either a daily or annual Mounds Permit.
You will need to complete the attached special events application and
the Parks Director makes the final determination about facility use.

In the meantime, I will talk to the Director about your group and I'll
let you know if using the Mounds is even a possibility."

Thanks,

Oh. well yea there are tons of outdoor places to do stuff this summer but I was really hoping we could do something at the mounds. the rock pile there is massive. Anyway no biggie just passing along what I was up to.
