Gday fellas,

New to your forum and crawling. I got a SCX10 Honco recently and lervin' it. I actually joined up to see how to put together TS02 shocks lol.

I've been running it stock for about 2 weeks and would like to change the wheels/tyres.

I got my hands on some 1.9 pitbulls and was wondering if they would fit the RC4WD Pro10 1.9 Steel Stamped Beadlock Wheels? I assume I just remove the 12mm hex to mount them?

Any of you guys run that setup?

Thanks for any advice.
Regards
Peter

Hey Peter welcome to RCC. The Pit Bulls are not well suited to RC4WD wheels if they are internally beadlocked. If they have a regular Ring that locks the bead in place they may work. The Pit Bulls are very soft and so far no one has had much sucsess O.S. or locally mounting them to RC4WD wheels sorry. What area of Sydney are you from? Are you keen for socials or comps?

If you want to catch up with some like minded guys locally the local site we use is Crawl ANZ • Index page Most of us are in here but thats our local forum and there alot of guys including myself that are into teh Scalers as well as the Crawlers, look forward to seeing you on the trails.

Ben

Gday Ben,

Thanks for the tip. I'll keep looking for some wheels.

I'm in Petersham. I'd be hard pressed for social/comps as I work shift, 4 on, 4 off. I just like mucking around with my cars, planes and boats with the boys locally. I ride motorbikes and it's difficult with my r/c, lol. I usually walk to the cricket oval to fly & lift with the boys to Lansdowne for the boats. I can get a car or truck on my bike and ride to Tempe to flog them on the courts/ovals.

I'll keep it in mind though if I have a career change.

Thanks mate,
Regards
Peter
