any crawlers in MN?

whos going 18th scale?

i got my Losi mini crawler yesterday. removed battery tray moved upper shock locations, put battery on rear axel moved electronics on to outsides of chassis and added sticky weights front and rear wheels.

the little thing kicks butt! going to taylor falls tomorrow.

little losi looks good

I checked the "Crawling spots" link and found nothin listed for the cities, is there anything around town.

People have crawled in rock gardens around stores, and under bridges. But Taylors falls is where everyone runs. We have looked hard for other areas that we could hold comps at, and have yet to find another location.

i got excited

so i went to taylor falls yesterday afternoon. was there a comp yesterday? no one there crawling when i was. that is a really good spot. glad i went cause this rain is no good. the little crawler is awesome, i highly suggest you get one. i plan on making an indoor spot in my hobby room. this coul lead to a winter comp for indoor stuff.

No comp this weekend, nationals is this weekend out in Moab. A handful of our members went out there to compete. We will have a comp next weekend on the 14th, and another on the 28th of this month.

Ohh and there are no fee's in our club... Its completly free to compete :) You do need to buy a state park sticker, which is good for 1 full calender year.

Sounds great

I will be at this one with my truck to give it a try. I am in the UK for the next one, bu I read a little about the Howl Crawl being more of a "Scale Trail". Would you happen to know about that one?
