Does anyone know if anyone makes an ambulance body? Doesn’t matter what platform, it’s more of a novelty for me. I spent years riding around in one fighting the urge to go blasting off road and possibly into a ditch and now I want to live my fantasy. Ya, I’m sick.

If you are going for something in the smaller range check PlayMobile, they have all sorts really cool bodies you can put on an rc.
I don’t know about bigger stuff, static models are a great place to start.

The 1/12 vanessa lunchbox body fits the smaller tamiya m0 cars with some work. Does weight matter? Old tonka metal whambulance

Bruder, a German toy brand, has released a couple over the years.
But those are all Euro platforms like Mercedes around 1/14 or 1/12th scale.
There are also a lot of Asian toy brands out there with unliscensed releases. Harder to find and less detailed but larger scale.

(There is a guy selling Cannonball run vinyl sticker sheets for the Vanessa lunchbox on Ebay.)

Bruder with measurements and hands for scale.
