Krakker
I wanna be Dave
The 2010 CORA-USA 4XFEST was a blast this year. We sent 4 trucks of food to the city mission distribution center with about a 1000 people run through the event. 2 local clubs were giving rides over the obstacle course the whole day, and the NSCA was on hand to run the Kids Crawl and make repairs on any R/C that needed it. (Thanks to the Nebraska Scale Crawlers Association for helping out)"thumbsup"
They have the mobile panels teaching kids how to use them and I'm sure they got plenty of questions from kids and parents on how to get into crawling, I had several that wanted more info.
Due to the limits this year on what we could use for the course, we turned'm loose on the dirt, but it was plenty of fun seeing them like gang busters going all over the place. And they got a good feel for the rocks with the panels that were use the 2009 Midwest indoor challenge.
In the end, we pulled a young girls name that was present and she got the Axial RTC with a battery and a charger. Local news was also out to get some shots and cover the event. There are tons of pics, but I'll show a few of the Kids event as soon as I get them resized.
Thank You to Axial, Tekin, Eritex, Pit Bull tires, Crawler Innovations, Downtown Delrin Works, RMDesignWorks, R2j Kustoms, TMCO, Ogden ins., Hobbytown, and several of our contributors for supporting us. I'd also like to thank Panther tires and Dezfan for their support in the past as well. The old Panther tires will stay on as back ups or given out as upgrades to kids who really making a go at crawling.
