I made this 3D printable jig a while back and forgot to upload it. Its for gluing the center sections of the wheels for Dlux Fab Loaded Dice 2.2" wheels, specifically keeping everything centered. I wanted these wheels for years but never liked the idea of how they needed to be cut and glued. This jig makes the gluing much easier and less risky.

The jigs centers off of the tire bead on both sides. The male side with the 3 tabs sticking up locates the inner wheel and is to be used on the side being not being glued. The other side (the short piece) is used to press everything together for gluing.
Its intended for gluing one side at a time.
Sorry I forgot to snap pics of it in use but its pretty straightforward.
I put the jigs in place loosely, pulling the inner wheel away from the tire enough for me to apply the tire glue then press it all together. This jig isn't used for gluing the wheel faces on.
