If there is enough interest we can open the mini class too​

This will be the exact location of the 2017 SuperCrawl and right next door to the Ultra 4 Racing Nationals Track so the facility in general has a great racing and competition pedigree.

Now that we have the date and location set up I will be reaching out to sponsors and other event coordinators (Scale Trail Run and some X4 Rock Racing) to provide a great experience to all RC Crawlers.

Schedule of Events

Friday Sept 29th
Set Courses 2.2s, Scale Trails, X4 course
Courses roughly open 12pm

Saturday Sept 30th
7am Set 2.2p courses
830am all courses open
Set 2.2p finals course at 330pm
Courses close at 4pm
Top 10 finals starts at 5pm

Sunday Oct 1st
8am set Super and Mini courses
930am courses open
3pm All courses close



To cover the cost of renting the facility for our event tickets for the entire weekend will be $35 (maybe less if we get a good turn out). This will let you run all the classes you'd like. Ticketing info will be posted very soon.

Registration is Live so get signed up early!

Hotels/Casinos/and Downtown Reno are 15 min away from the comp location.
Camping at the facility is available. It is Dry camping (No RV or power hookups). Cost for camping is $50 per site (6-8 people) and can be paid during registration.

I'm already looking forward to seeing everyone again or meeting new comers for the first time.

I'm in the middle of creating the logo for shirts, score cards, and flyers. Also beginning to contact sponsors.
I'm putting together the website for ticket sales (looking for one with low fees, because eventbrite is highway robbery) so far I've had no luck with Hotels getting back to me about a block of Rooms. Not knowing Reno super well I may be looking in the wrong area. We'l Ive been looking to see if any of them are giving a break for rooms.... So I'm open for requests or anyone else that would like to give that a shot (feel free to PM me)
