2014 RC4WD East Coast Scale Challenge (August 22-24)

Jumping in the shower...but I guess I could just stand outside with some shampoo...

This rain is nuts.

Office opens at 9

I bet the creek will be flowing good for the weekend, might have to tie a rope to our rigs for recovery purposes

I had one of those "oh $^&*..." moments last night.

Went to finally wire up my C1 and C2 rigs - I have four holmes BR Mini's that I've been saving (2 for speed controls, and 2 for winch controllers) for these rigs and they weren't where I put them.

Searched the garage, house, everywhere for probably 4 hours looking for these things. I have other esc's but I built these rigs around having these teeny tiny controlers, not RX8's and MMP's. Got online and looked at ordering four new ones and having them overnighted so I could wire them up thursday before I left ...

Then my wife walks in "found them!" They were in our "blanket basket" beside the couch. Who knows how that happened. :ror:

Get your conformal coating and Corrosion X ready kids! "thumbsup"

At least it's not snowing...

Question, will one of the vendors have a nice, 3S 5000mah battery to sell me?

I have some 65c 2250's you can borrow?

Anyone got some Corrosion X or conformal coating? My C1 isn't waterproof. This may be a stupid question, but is there anyway to waterproof it without taking it completely out of the truck?

Bad news for Hera... I was rebuilding the rear axle last night and had a frozen bearing on the long shaft... well, now I have half a frozen bearing on the long shaft.

I need an Ar60 long side cvd axle!
