2014 RC4WD East Coast Scale Challenge (August 22-24)

You have to have a Screw Loose if you aren't planning a trip to New Castle, PA...

I can tell you that one vendor is coming there as a Silver Sponsor...

Welcome Screw Loose Hex Head Hardware to ECSC14.

I'm not sure how anyone can Bear "ing" not going to ECSC14 in August. Looks like Boca Bearings will be there as a Gold Level Sponsor....

Welcome Boca Bearings to ECSC14

The last Platinum Sponsors made an Express Trip to get on board. I want to welcome back HOBBY EXPRESS as our exclusive "on-site" Hobby Shop for ECSC14.

Make sure you support them when you are at the campground. They take a lot of time and effort to make sure they have what you need in walking distance to the breath taking courses...

Give a warm welcome to Hobby Express as our final Platinum Sponsor....

Clearly I won't have any problem finding anything cool to spend my $ on!

I'll surely be going for broke on this trip!

I can't wait!!!

Say I use a Jeep Cherokee body from Pro-line can I make bumpers out if 1/2 inch tall L bent aluminium that runs the whole inside with of the body and just runn a fairleed through the grill through a little whole would that still be legal for class 1 as a full width bumper?

Hello. My name mike osier from Syracuse ny and I am interested in this event but really don't know much about it and want to attend. Ive had my axials scx10's for about 3 yrs but haven't really done much with them. So if I could get more info on sign up, I have the rules camping etc. that would be awesome.

Registration has not been announced yet. Make sure you are subscribed to this thread to get instant notifications.

Camping info is in the first couple posts on the thread. You can reserve Tent and Trailer sites. Cabins and Yurts are not available as of yet.

Other than that, look over the rules and you can either ask here but for better responses go to the rules section to get accurate questions answered.

Best advice I can give you is go back through and read the 2013 thread, subscribe to this thread , go through the sorrca 2014 rules. Decide what class you want to run don't be afraid to show up with a stock rig you'll still have a blast(probably won't win but still fun),Oh and make sure you go. I went last year my first time ever in any kind of a comp and I can't wait to go this year. A lot of good people here that will help you out.

Mine's circling the drain at the moment... :-(

Have a Question I'm going to be signing up for the east coast challenge when it comes up and my brother witch is very new a the scale thing and would to do it as well. My rigs are not stock but his is pure out of the box ax10 deadbolt, can he run that? If so what if any mods does he need to do? Thanks. Happy scaling.
