This means courses close at 6:00pm? Just want to be sure so I don't have ECC type problems again because of poor time management on my end.

Fixed it

Yes drivers must be in line for your last course by 5:00 or you receive 50's on courses you DNS.

Also I will also be walking around closing ther lines for courses with more than 15 people in line. If your the 16th driver or higher in line you run the risk of being sent to another course.

7am CST....no worries. I am up for work daily at 4:30am CST...and in the office by 6am. It will feel like a typical work-day. "thumbsup"

I was doing the math on that too. Thats waking up at 3am my time. I dont know what it is for you?

I usually go to be around 3am so it should be interesting.

Get the guy that decides the daylight hours to adjust to your schedule, or we will have to follow just his.

Sunrise: 6:21am
Sunset: 7:00pm
Approx 12.5 hours of daylight

+100 drivers on 5 minute courses + 1 minute for driver turnover = 600+ minutes (10 hours). Time starts getting tight real quick.

A good portion of those will be concurrent...not all consecutive. However, figuring out just how many is not an easy task.

No those numbers are consecutive drivers through 1x course, and it will be repeated 6x times concurrently ;-)

Whats up with supers?
Post 1 updated "thumbsup"

We arent doing the multiple drivers on course at one time this year?

Typically no...I have a couple of guys that may jump in a double up on judging a course if its moving too slow.

We did multiple driver at once in Vegas mainly because of the heat to get done quicker.

I worked pretty good time wise..we just need more eyes...imo 1x judge per driver was not enough.
