1.9 Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab Build

you should put the brxl and a 10puller and run 6s that shit would be standing in the air:lmao:

whats brxl? by the way, I got multiple batteries for different reasons, not to run at the same time. Not sure if that's the way it cam out :lmao:

Why a 480oz servo? My 206oz servo has no trouble running my Scx10 with wheel weight, in the rocks with 1.9s or 2.2s. Just seems like a ton of overspending since I'm sure that thing cost a LOT

Hey, yea I've ran 200-300 oz and they normally work fine, but I also have a set of heavily weighted 2.2's that occasionally i'll use just to f around. I don't like to limit myself, and for an extra 30 bucks I get over 100oz extra, couldn't pass it up. Also, I mean't to type 408 oz not 480 but still I know it's a little overkill. But its always better to have a little extra, than not enough... :ror:

Also, your scx-10 is probably a lot lighter than mine. Atleast all my scx's were pretty light even with weighted wheels.

The brxl is a torque master esc i think its holmes hobbies i forget but that esc is realy good i got it in my rig."thumbsup"

Gotchya... I ended up changing the order to the novak goat 3s brushless system. I've always had great results with the Goat! :)

ya, you might have over done it on the servo, keep an eye on your steering linkage and knuckles, they're going to be stressed.

Never too much steering power....I use a Hitec 7980TH at 8V (about 800 oz)
It's nice to put a tire in a crack and turn the steering and watch it flop a 13lb truck around like a fish out of water...I also have an all alloy front end.

Always better to have more than needed

The steering linkage will bend/break way before the knuckles. I used thinner aluminum for the linkage, and the knuckles on these k44's are almost bullet proof. If anything breaks, I'll just replace it. Thanks though.

I agree with having more than needed, I don't see why people always cut themselves short, just to save a few bucks. Also, my truck is really heavy...

truck is sick but it took 3 bodies to build one? how much do they cost ?

I'm in to the body for about $200 - each cab/bed combo are $30 or $39 I forgot, but 3 of those, then the grill, bumpers, window, lenses, paint, bondo, primer, clearcoat, bed liner, etc... (not including the flares etc.)
