Motorama U.S. Indoor RC Rockcrawling Challenge (Feb 20-21, 2010)

Looking good guys...thanks for all the hard work!!!

Be careful Lewis...Keith has a tendency to throw things and those rocks look heavy!!! :-P:-P

M11 6 channel:

OK! That is the kind of Frankenstein looking thing I like to see! Now how in the heck did you put that all together? I have 3 AM transmitters and 2 FM transmitters and they are all 2 channel. I dont need all of them so give up the hack and whack details. Please.... I might just try to put one together for Saturday.
it's really easy. take apart a controller (there's very little to 'em) secure the board to your other controller, replace the trigger and steering wheel (both are just 3 wires, like a 3 position switch) with push buttons or a switch and tie the power wires into the other controllers batteries, you do need 2 receivers in the truck. here is the link to my truck, the last page has Toms' radio, which may be easier to see, his is a dx3. we both used a 2.4 losi radio from the mrc.
