tamiya toyota tundra prototype

i wonder if this tundra is gonna break just like the real thing?

but it does look really good. great detail on the body. looks much better than the f250 body they have.

i was at the race last weekend and they mentioned MAYBE October.
There is no work left on to do on it they had just forgot the radio
I was part of the staff at the event.

and there's also no need to comment on the two threads, i got buddies that died face down in the muck so we could have two of the same threads, not really im just bored

Thats the most amazing body I have ever seen :shock::shock: tell me where to send paypal! "thumbsup"

Correct me if I am wrong but don't you mean the Tokyo Hobby Show which I believe is to be in october? I am quite certain that the Shizuoka Hobby Show is held in may or am I way off here?

Nope meant Shizuoka. As part of the TCS Worlds event they also host a Hobby Show that has alot of limited release part, new kits or re-release kits. The main feature of the event is the RC Racing. In addition they also have a model Expo with demo's and how-to's. In the second hall of Twin Messe they have huge Tank battles with 10-12 per team also.

Went there for Worlds in 2002 for Team USA.

Wow, that thing is so SICK! I'm glad I found out about it. I was thinking about getting a Ford High-Lift, until I saw this. I'm not a huge Tundra fan, but I can make an exception here! That body looks so good, it's going to be impossible to avoid wanting one of these things! Would make a neat a Christmas present, maybe. :D

Just skimmed thru Tamiya's site and the MSRP is a whopping $754.00......No date as of yet, just coming soon! Hope the retailers out there will be kind......."thumbsup"
