For those of you that use a small pulley bolted on a roof rack for a winch line relocation point... where do you find those small winch pulleys? I can find a couple places to get the comp style roof racks, but can't seem to find the winch pulley to put on those racks. Thanks for your help.

Are you talking about the roof rack cantilever winch point so you can winch off to the sides of the truck?
I dont know any one off hand that makes a specific one for that. Maybe hack down a spool to your desired height?
I've used half of a old axial plastic winch spool and just bolted it to the rack, the line slid over it just fine.

Yes, I was (poorly) referring to the the roof rack cantilever winch point. Didn't know if there were premade spools for that or if it's just something that needs to be fab'ed on your own.

Not sure why I didn't think of this before... I'll just use a pivot ball from a rod end up on the rack. Simple enough solution.

I would suggest adding a washer to the top of the pivot ball for a wider contact patch, I have a feeling winch line would probably pop off without a washer.
Great idea though, may steal this for one of my comp rigs. "thumbsup"

I think Gspeed sells them.
