What kind of VIDEO cameras are you guys using

I agree with Stang Killa SS.......if you're gonna go the pinhole camera route, get a keychain cam (808 #16 or so) and spend about $16 or so. It's tough and you don't have to worry too much if you crunch it - just get another.
 
I use a GoPro Hero 3 black for close ups, Canon T4i for action and still photographs (Using an STM lens).

On a side note, the GoPro does NOT have to be wide angle for up close only. It takes excellent video in many different modes, is very compact and also does some decent still photographs.

The white and silver don't go as narrow as the black though, correct? I really want a black. I shoot my stills with a Sony a300 but my video department is severely lacking.
 
Not being able to swap batteries is kind of a deal breaker. It was sounding awesome until I got to that.

Your experience with camera batteries is much different than mine.
