What I Hate Most About Apple Slowing Down IPhones With Bad Batteries

Unfortunately they all do shady crap.

Improve and move forward, unfortunately sometimes the inferior idea wins (VHS vs Beta) but now they are both obsolete. The current Apple lightning cable makes perfect sense and they don't break and/or get really loose like every Android I've ever had.
They all do shady crap, indeed.

My experience has been just the opposite. I've owned probably a dozen Android phones over the years and I've only killed a couple of charging cords. No phone has every had a charging port failure. My girlfriend's iPhone 6+, on the other hand, stop charging on two different occasions because lint or other crap got into the port. And her charging cords, even the officially ovepriced ones, last only a few months.

What are you people doing with your cords? Before I finally got an “old new” 6G last year I had an ancient 3GS and was on the first cord. Even with a slightly bent connector, it still hooked into the phone & charged it.

My mom, on the other hand, has a small collection of dead cords...

The only link I can see is they are both women. I’ve noticed that a lot of women, and millennial generation will sit with their face buried in their phone while it charges, now I know nothing about Facebook, but how much can it change in the 2hrs it takes to charge a phone. In my family when one of the girls want to show you something they practically rip the cord out of the wall outlet, cause they forgot they were sitting there charging a device.

Pick up a wireless charging adapter, you'll never have to worry about cords or ports again. My last Windows phone had wireless built in and I loved it, so much so that I bought an adapter for my new Android.

I charge my phones with my cords, but thanks for your concern.

I hate most money generating lawsuits, but this one I can get behind.

Do they even make those for iPhones?

I am wondering if we will see a phone supporting 3 or 4 SIM cards, but i think 2 are the norm, one work phone number and then the one private number.

If people have a need for more than 2 numbers in one phone, then i dont know what to say to that as a avid phone hater.

I should also say that the phones with 2 SIM slots, it is not uncommon that 4G are only supported on one of the 2 SIM cards, but i think often you should be able to run the work related SIM on a 3G connection.

My phone are deca core, that's 2 more cores than i hope to be able to upgrade my computer to some time in 2018, and truth be told its 6 cores more than i need for the stuff i use my phone for.

Could be setup, but then i loose my SD storage, not that it matter i pretty much dont need more then the 32Gb in the phone itself.
But i could run 2 SIM cards then.

I have always thought at least Samsung would start screwing up your phone right before or after a new release. I had a couple do that.

I quit playing the high dollar phone game. They add stupid features that nobody is going to use like a barometric pressure sensor and heartbeat monitor, bump up the specs a little, make a little prettier screen, and sell it for $100 more than the last version and everyone just waits in line to give them their money. Its ridiculous. I bought a ZTE Axon 7 last year after my 1 year old S6 broke. Under $300 with the same specs as the high end phones at the time, but with dual sim, bigger battery, no bloatware, and will work on any network.
