What did you do to you SCX-10 today?

has anyone worked on weighting the 8 hole plastic beadlock wheels? the channel in them seems kinda narrow and im wondering what my options are for weight.
FWIW, I have the Axial 1.9 8-hole beadlocks with factory foams, Maxxis Trepador tires and Axial wheel weight rings front and rear + a full load of the additional weights up front.

Each front complete wheel weighs 265g

Each rear complete wheel weighs 210g

Hey Val I got some pic`s for you...

I`m happy with the way they turned out, it does move the body back about 5mm and you can only tell by the front mounts not quite lining up, but with a bit of a push with a finger under the wheel arch it works...

My SCX10 is finally back together

8000 mah of battery will last a long time. I have never seen anyone (in person) with a battery bigger than my 5800 . . . nice.

And thanks maccas for the pics. Even the zip ties I have been using draw the body back a bit, so I know what you mean.

The treps need chains in order to work lol. Good job!! You should sell sets of them.

installed the heavy duty bevel gear sets in the front and rear. over driven in the front and stock ratio in the rear.. also put irok swampers on pro10 1.9 beadlocks. got some metal links on the way.

ordered the gearhead lift kit to fix the body rake so i don't have to run longer shocks to accommodate the 1.9 irok's.. also ordered one of the ultra scale driceshaft's from rc4wd. if i like it then i'll order another one. fixed the gear mesh on the overdriven front axle so it's smooth now.
