Top is dry. I wound up using a pair of my wife's nylons (with her permission, of course) and stretched a section over the frame. Then used crazy glue along the wire frame while holding the fabric tight. It seems to have held pretty well. I was then able to trim the inside material out so you see the frame from underneath. Used a ton of spray paint, put it on thick and used a rag to push the paint into the mesh, which left me with a "canvas-like" texture. It could be a little more perfect but I kind of like the fact that it's a little ratty here and there. Let me know what you think. I still have to do a rear window and figure out how to attach it to the body.

WOW.
This thing just keeps getting better."thumbsup""thumbsup"

That top looks great. Is it still flexible or would the paint crack? What paint did you use?

It's very flexible and I used Krylon regular spray paint with an overspray of clear mat finish. It works pretty well-I am going to assume because the cover is a mesh fabric and not a solid material like vinyl, etc. Paint gets trapped in the nooks and crannys -to coin an english muffin term.

Few updated shots. Some more details completed, added a windshield, a few more to go-lights, etc. Last thing is electronics.
