Virginia RC Off Roaders - VARCOR

This should get you there:
James River
7200 Riverside Drive
Richmond, VA 23225

Stay on Riverside Dr. until you see a parking lot pull in there and go to the far right. Go down the trail stay to the right, go about a half a block, we will be on the left by the river."thumbsup"

i changed my mind im going to go with the highlift for a more sacle look and trail not as much rock crawling but some. and also isnt the high 2 high, 4low, 4high or is it somthin diiferent. thanks

looks good thor, make the background look like dirt or rocks or both. A woodsy look would look cool too. Just throwing ya some ideas . . . .

Good luck with that. Isn't that truck over $350? I thought you were on a tighter budget. If you are going to go that route, I'd consider pre-ordering the Toyota Hilux version from one of the vendors on here, that is if you can wait a while longer. For what you are spending on that truck alone though, you could build a capable RTR AX10 based crawler and about $120+ of that total you will have to pay in addition when you buy the High-Lift to get it RTR anyway so your looking at over $470+ min. for the High-Lift RTR

AX10 - $230
Moped ESC - $35
THQ RX/TX - $25
Integy 55T - $17
TP MG945 - $20
HH Batt. Pack - $20
Charger - $50

AX10 RTR- $397

Oh yeah, straight from TamiyaUSA.com

Sorry no pis from Sunday's GTG. We had a good time. Baldchris's truck is down. He will have to explain, not sure what happened. We had Frank3 bring his super/clod and there is plenty of big rocks for him. The river was up a bit but still 5 ft below the norm, so plenty of rocks to run on.

No pics. Thats too bad.:-( So what happened this time Chris, not the gear again was it? Joe, how did the new drooper do, did you run it?

nothing to bad just some of the screws holding the trans together came loose. little dab of locktight on everything and I shoule be ok. going to stop tonight and try and get the parts to make the disconnect work.

I think scooterracing is going to be out of town but is any body else what to head out next weekend some time?

depending on how the cards fall (or drunk I am), i might be able to do something on Sunday in F-burg or Richmond. i'll be up in Baltimore for a bacholar party that weekend and heading back to VB sometime Sunday...

I know I can't make it this weekend. I'll be in NC with the carolinarockrunner guys for their Nov. 11th Comp/GTG. Then it'll probably be a couple more weeks until I'm free. We need to go check out the Fredricksburg spot next.
