im looking to get into small scale crawlers and this one looks perfect! im kinda on a small budget at the time so i was wondering if you could turn this into a good crawler?? can you get good articulation with this and can you switch to maxx sliders?? anyone that owns one can you post some pics :flipoff:

ive got $50 dolers in mine and it will go anyware. i locked the diffs with super glue, trimed the tires bought some 1/4 aluminum rod and some full thread 4-40 rod and lengthend the wheel base to 7". then baought a 8-tooth pinion from team orion.

and it can go up a curb and i can put a can under a front tire and still have some articulation

I was also wondering if this is worth getting and wanted to know if you guys who have it use the stock 280 motor?

I'm using the stock motor that the MG came with. I also have the fireball motor, but I like the stock motor for crawling.
