TRX4 subtle upgrades

Amazing work, truly impressed. Only thing missing is the little drip tray under the engine in the parking bay: it’s British engineered after all! :)

Far out!

You keep making that Defender better and better...

Defiantly a concourse contender no question with all your careful attention to detail. .. "thumbsup" Hows the GRC motor conversion working out for you?

Thank you so much, The GRC is louder and slower but you also get more room and lower center of gravity. i havent had this truck out yet been slammed with work for a while lately but once i do that im def gonna film it and post it in here. ;-)

if it was quieter than stock I'd defiantly consider it, the stock setup is pretty loud.

Congratulations on a very nicely done rig. ... 8)

Thanks Boss, it is loud but the SENSE INNOVATIONS ESS DUAL comes in handy covering the gear sound.

This thread has given me a ton of inspiration and also really made me want a Defender haha Thanks for sharing all your work!

Awesome build - two questions :
Where did you manage to get black diamond plate for the front hood? Only seen silver available and been looking for black option for some time.
Then a practical question - with the roof fully loaded, how do you manage the clips holding the body in place?
Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Bro,I painted them black, and never had an issue with the body coming off

Just checked out the rest of your flickr stream - inspirational how much detail you've put into this build (I hope you have another body that you use for bashing around on the trail!)

Any tips on how you managed to paint/mark your door frame lines? Was this freehand using a sharpie or something more involved?

Can you also let me know what towbar/hitch you have installed there? Been looking for something like this for my TRX4.
