TRX-4 build from a former Toyzuki owner.

How's she looking these days?

Unfortunately I'm back in the middle east as of early summer. I've decided to move on from the ATL and get back into a Toyzuki. Next year I'll be running a TZ2.5.

The ATL was phenomenal once I got better with the rear locker. However, I struggled a lot with preventing high centers. More often then not I'd get the front tires set, pop the throttle, only to have it jump backwards.

Had you ever run the X4 in stock form before you decided to upgrade the chassis and customize it so heavily?

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little disappointed. My winter project was a TRX/ATL build. Never the less a person has to do what is the best fit for the situation. Best wishes on your next Middle East deployment God's speed and "thank you for your service".

The ATL was really good sidehilling and off camber, but so was the TZ. The thing is the ATL hangs up so much, whereas the angled skid helps so much.

Either way I sold my TZ this year and am running a 410 Ultra.
