i was wondering if anyone has or knew who mad a truck body it was 1/10 lexan chevy crew cab longbed dually with a truck cap i have one can post pics soon. looking for new because the paint is all messed up on this body. unless someone knows how to take testors paint off without damaging the lexan

Brake fluid should do it without hurting the lexan. I have used this method many times with success.

Pretty sure it's an old Bolink body. If that's the one you have, be careful with it as that's a very hard version to find (and no longer made)...

I have a friend at Bolink who recently pulled some Lil Red Wagon body's for me from the old mold they still have. They still have most of their old molds, and will pull body's from them, if you have a big enough order.

I wonder how big of an order one would need to get those bodys made. I would love a lexan crew dually."thumbsup"

thanks guys for input i would really like to see if we can get some guys together to make a order. also the brake fluid wont hurt the lexan. let me know on brake fluid before i go ahead with stripping paint. also lets see if we can get them guys from bolink to make some. i will get pics up of mine in a little bit thanks jason

here are the pics i hope this is the same truck we are talking about it would be nice to have a new one or two. let me know what you think about triing to get some ordered

my buddy (the all knowing R/C wizzard) says it looks like an old Parma body

i'll get ahold of Parma and see if i can pull a few strings and i'll let ya know what i come up with ....

the way it worked with Bolink was it was all a Paid in full in Advance , so we should find somone to find faith in , pay pal the money to them , he can set up a Cashier's check or a MO....

ask freetime , we worked together on the Lil' Red Wagon body

"thumbsup"

OK , Here is the E-mail i sent out to Parma

OK , Obviously you know about the latest surge in the R/C Community (Rock Crawling)

i know about 10-12 people in MN Alone that are looking for an OOP (Out Of Production) body, and it was under popular belief that your company provided sought body

i myself was allowed to enter in an arangement with the NEW bolink to have them pull a lot of discontinued
bodies

i was wondering if we could do the same with you ??

the body we are looking for is a
1/10 scale chevy crew cab longbed dually with a topper.

believed to be issued around the late 80's - early 90's

i understand that this pull would have to be paid for IN Advance with a minimum amount of bodies being ordered , can we decide on a number for a "feeler" body pull?
if demand is strong enough you could start mass producing them again , no R&D on the mold , just have to dig out the mold , blow the dust off and have them pulled

please let me know if this feasible
Thank You

we need a list /count of those that would be interested
in this body

i'll let ya know when i hear back from Parma
"thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup";-)

would it be possible toget them without the camper on it?
if not thats cool.

i would be in for two too if they're resonably priced of course.
