Trouble with injora 370 transmission

So I’m working on putting the Fusion 16 motor in a TRX4M and using a injora 370 transmission. When I spin it without the motor it spins free and when I spin the pinion without the last gear installed it will turn freely but with the last gear installed it’s locked up. I have tried the standard gears and the lower “crawler” gears and both do it. Where am I screwing up?

Huh. That's interesting. I have the same one with the 370 motor in my TRX4M and I never even cracked it open. I'm wondering if the spur gear is the same size as stock? It does have a different ratio, but says it is compatible with the stock gears. Hard to say without seeing it.

I got to googling and it sounds like it’s a known quantity control issue. They are sending me a new one and I’ll be back to sneaking around in the rocks…probably
