traxxas big bore shocks ???

Don't wanna spoil anything, but I believe this is right, measurements are e2e.

Most commely used are the 2660's with shock cap mod (which makes it 4"), or you could use the 2662's with a Dlux standoff for bigbores.

Losi mini-T front springs are shorter then the rear spings, normal way to use would be 2660 with front springs and 2662 wit rear springs. Offcourse you could use the front springs on the larger 2662, but you would have to use external limiters.

ok so a buddy and i are splitting the cost of the pack of 8 shocks and just want to make sure i got this right. everybody seems to run the 2660's but after the cap mod it ends up being 4" anyway. so its easier just to order the pack of 8 that are already the 4" long and just run a standoff? ;-)

I bought the 2660s so i could do the shock cap mod and invert the shocks(otherwise the shock cap hits into the axles and won't fit). Actually I went with WickedWolfRc.com's machined shock caps already set up for rod ends. The 2660s also allow me to easily tune with either Jato or Revo rod ends to get the right shock length for the chassis.
