Figured it was a good time to post up a short semi build thread on the new Supermoto build.
Didn't take as many pics as I should have, but got a long ass youboob video of the build so...

Figured I may as well put it on 'internet paper' for some documenting and sharing of the build.

Started out with my Original Promoto MX I ordered when they first came out, then went on back order.
This was the Pro Circuit (Green) version. With things as they are (were) when I started this out, I was hoping to have it ready by early spring, but life got busy and time got thin so it sat around most the summer pretty much done, but not finished till the last few weeks really once I got the Grafix figured out and ordered along with the outfit for the rider.
HM Moto Designs also did this rider gera and grafix design and print. Dylan also did the MAICO MEGA2 490 Promoto MX I have a thread on also.

Not hard to describe really. Black and Gold was the goal, So I ordered a shizload of Treal Promoto upgrades and got to work.

I'll try to list the build list from Memory, and I still have a few things that I want to finish up on it.
Pro Circuit Promoto MX
Black Plastic Set

Rear End
Treal Adj. Swing Arm in Gold

LOSI Titaminum Hinge Pins for Swing Arm Knuckle
Treal Chain Guard in Black.
Treal 36t Sprocket in Gold

Treal Rear Brake Caliper and Disc in Black

LOSI Titanium Rear Axle
Treal Carbon Fiber Rear Rim in Gold
Treal Rear Hub in Black

Vitavon SuperMoto Rear Tire

Hot Racing Exhause Pipe

Treal MonoShock Top & Bottom Shock Body Caps
Green Slime on the Orings

Chassis
Extreme Carbon carbon fiber chassis plates
Treal Fly Wheel Box in Gold (hidden so you don't see it).
(I did this to add weight down low to help lower cog a bit)

Treal Skids in Gold

Treal Foot Pegs in Black
Treal Gear Box Cover in Gold

Hot Racing Bearing Holders for Gearing on Transmission in Raw Aluminum

Treal Front Brake Mount in Black
Reefs SMART 179 Micro Servo for Front Caliper
GPM Brake Servo Arm in Gold

Front End
Treal Tripple Tree in Black
2Million Diff Fluid with a little 500k Diff Fluid mixed in
(LOSI uses diff fluid in the Goose Neck of the bike to dampen and reduce head shake to some extent,
but it can still get pretty floppy from time to time.
Stock was 500k, and being I was aiming for onroad, with more forces due to traction, more dampening
would be needed, so I used some 2 million. I had 10 and 20 Million diff fluid but that seems like it was
too much.
LOSI Shock Oil in the Front Forks
(Stock is 45w, but I think I went down to 32.5w oil to soak up the braking into corners from speed).
Treal Caliper in Gold
Treal Lugs in Gold on

LOSI Titanium Fork Lugs
LOSI Titanium Front Axle
Treal Front Carbon Fiber Rim in Gold
Treal Front Hub in Black

Vitavon Supermoto Front Wheel
Treal Titanium Front Brake Disc

Treal Front Disc Brake Pads

Red Front Fender (Red Tie)

Bike was put together using the new Fast Eddy Bearing Kit for the Promoto.
Amaxzon American Desk Flag which was something someone was carrying around the Capitol Building on J6, 2020, besides Podium Guy (lol)

I have a Reefs 299LP in Black to install yet, and a CC Mini BEC to put on the front Brake until I do the steering servo Swap.

The stock steering servo works fine, so I didn't swap it over during the build. So, I got the CC Mini BEC allowing full power to the Reefs 179 to get maximum braking power out of it.
The stock ESC BEC is set at 6v and might adjust to 7.2v, but I can't remember at the moment.
The CC Mini BEC is a fixed 8.4v output.

On to the rest of the Pic Porn, and I'll post the vid in a follow-up comment.
