My favorite filament is Hatchbox. I have not tried the TPU nor have I printed foams. It gets good reviews on the old scAmazon though.
Whatever you do, avoid buying 3D printed inserts from Flub RC. That clown threatened to sue a guy for printing his own while simultaneously claiming, in a roundabout way, that he was in the process of patenting them. 3D printed inserts were around way before the moron came onto the scene with his wannabe company.
