------ Team LERK Night/Day GTG------

Axialfest would be fun for the guy's who have an xr10, wraith and scx10 as they only allow axial based rigs. One day i'll go to one and actually run but until I have enough rigs i'll be in the forrest somewhere with the scaler lol

I do say go because anything Mr Parker puts on is off the hook and Axialfest is one not to miss"thumbsup"

Thats true, I only have a scaler with a axial chassis. Your right JRock, unless you have a whole bunch of rigs bring just one doesnt seem worth it.

There is plenty of fun going on and constant RC action. The UTAC was a cool addition, courses were good and challenging. Over all it was a top notch show as far as RC events go.

If you are a vendor it would be a good place to network.

Make sure you have more than one Axial rig to get the most out of the event... But don't think you will not have enough drive time with just your scaler.. I did over 800 TM in one day of the Ultra Driver class.. I think it was something like 1500 TM total over the weekend, day and night runs.

Only a couple of downers. Axialfest did not have that tight knit family feel that the G6's normally have due to the larger crowd and the corporate backing. This is important to me and might not matter to most of you. ;-)

Some of the trail educate really sucked.. Flags stepped on every where and not put back by the crowds of NFG's. So all of Parkers great courses were a bitch to follow at times especially at night and good luck finding all those tiny G tags when they are mashed into the dirt or floating down stream.

You should check it out for yourself if you can, because everyone's experience will be different and my expectations are also my own.. Plus it's good to show support for all of the RECON crews efforts to organize events like this.

Cool...Thanks... Glad you guys liked it..."thumbsup"

It was supposed to have a bit of narration in parts to better explain the whole scale rc thing and what LERK is about. But me and J never got the chance..

Great vid Matt, nice to see that LERK is still running quality events. Nice to see people have to think and actually drive a course and not just blast thru it."thumbsup"

Hey Matt just wanted to let you know that I contacted Cow Rc on face book and gave them the link to the video and they really liked it, they posted on there page and gave Team L.E.R.K. and you props! Great work"thumbsup"

So I need to get some new tires, I like the Pibulls that I have been using but I'm willing to try something new. I was thinking about the swampers but not sure about the G8 compound. Anyone has some suggestions.

That's a Ford vs Chevy kinda question. I like the G8 compound personally but I also like the tallness of the Pitbull, Trepadors seem to be working pretty good too.

What James said and also the X2 Compound RC4WD tires are actually working really good so far.. I'm going to try a new set of Trepadors for this weekend and what I've seen is that they work good on the rocks for a tall narrow tire. I'll be able to tell you more once they break in.

So I figured I would ask my fellow Team Lerk members. Since we are going to do a C3 next season I am looking for some wraith axles. Anyone, anyone?
