I live up in aus magnetic island. Wat sux is my only accses to all an any part is. Via web. So im wondering. If you add up the cost of the bits, and say ur time if ya interested, and id happily employ ur skill to buy and mod these parts for me. As I siad, if I could find em. Shipping kills and ebay only gets ya so far. So its food for thought bro. Paypal an all. Lil bit by

i have the gmade aluminum steering knuckles. with the 7* off set knuckle holders. Is there any way to do this mod with these items. I dont wanna have to replace my cvc any time soon. so if i can do this mod now it would be cool. Also if anyone has the cvc already mod done i would by a set off of them for the work and parts to do the mod with my parts i have. I would use paypal or anything they would like.

Id say crawler nut may be able to help you there, as for pre made and buying them, id say ask him that to lol.

JONEAIL,all you need is a dremel to cut down the wk axle shafts, then file the ends so they are a snug fit, using all stock items the biggest improvement would be to file the knuckles down where they hit at there stops an get a 1 inch servo arm, that alone will help in turning radius."thumbsup"

Ok will look in to doing this my self then. Im not sure what size servo arm i have but i will check. I will have to stop by walmart and get me a dremel as well. Thanks for the help.

Having done this wk mod its been a few months now an i have yet to break anything else,i just went with a new esc the single rc4wd outcry with the external bec,a hitec 645mg servo with a 1 inch long aluminum servo arm from rpp hobbies, this setup has yet to fail,if it does no biggy,wk cvd axles seem to still be available at a reasonable price. sorry i havent been on the gmade forum lately, been doing the short coarse racing latley.

Even the rc4wd ones may work. Jus got offered a set with some r1 diffs.

...i already have the gmade aluminium knuckes fitted.... would the wk cvds fit in them?

Not sure about those integy knuckles? only wk cvds fit wk alum knuckles definatly wont fit the gmade knuckles, allready tried that inner bearing bore not deep enough for the wk cvds to seat into.

thanks for the quick reply

those are wk integy knuckles, so in theory they should work
but i asked because they are different from the ones you used.

...i guess for now i'll get a pair of the normal wk shafts 86813

HMMMM, never seen those offered from integy before, yes i would say those would work just fine, now you got me looking at the integy parts for the wk,lol.

rc4wd Trex 60 knuckle fit with no mods/ and so any trex60 drive cups-cvd will fit with modding.
tlt tamiya/hilux knuckles [same size as T rex 60's fit to .

think scooby blue got my old diffs.
