My question was not that clear..sorry about that! I am talking about the Cap head ones on the c-hubs.. are they titanium?

Those are still m3's. They have those lines for grip i guess. I was using those because its all i had until the right screws came in. They are normal metal ones. If you look at my new pic you will notice that i have button head screws in there now and i changed my chubs to blue aluminum ones 8)
