Not quite stand-up comedy, but I enjoy watching various British TV shows on YouTube - they all seem to be from Channel 4.

Most of the guests are stand-up comedians, sometimes there's an American or this one Canadian lady, but I really like watching the British, Irish, Scottish, and Welsh comedians.
Jimmy Carr hosts some of them, he's done some excellent standup, he really likes pushing the boundaries...
Lee Mack, Dara Ó Briain, and Sean Lock are other faves of mine from that channel.
