If the lower link/shock mounts were built in it'd be damn near perfect. Wish I didn't already have a centered Currie...

Nice looking piece!! Just out of curiosity, why switch to the centered pumpkin? Less torque twist one way or another? Thanks

Building them in increases the price quite a bit. Also leaves them less universal to better link geometry. I think this is perfect for all intended users.

Scale realism would be one reason. Jeeps and trucks tend to have centered rear axles, not offset. Though heavily modded rigs use whatever they want.

Also it puts the transfer case/transmission in a straight line, reducing the driveshaft angles.

My god that thing is bad a$$!!!!
you have any idea what it's going to cost?

I assume this was done to help shave some costs(yeah!), and to help fixturing. just my guesses though.

looks, angles, performance, symmetry, and something different. I personally prefer centered.

next up we need an SCX version for 1.9 wraiths"thumbsup"
there is another version in the works. well see if a SCX version is in the future : xfingers:

Price is awesome, front will probably be a little more but oh well. I just wonder how the drop out 3rd member is goin to work out. Super nice bein able to pop 4 bolts out and cover is off but with 3rd member, have few more bolts and take off driveshaft cup every time.

But either way, that housing is a work of art.
