Spektrum dx5 rugged

I purchased a spektrum dx5 rugged and I’m having issues with the reverse losing power and I’m not adjusting any trim to make this accrue. Using a 1080 esc and all the setting are set properly. Using two of the Aux, f for the winch controller and g for the light switch. If I reset the controller to default setting the reverse power comes back to life. Thanks
