I will have these in stock once they are released. Turning radius should increase by 8-9 degrees. They will be $45.00/pr. I know they are being submitted for plating and hardening now. So they should be here within a week or two hopefully.

Hi.
Do you know if they are going to make any for the TXT or do they fit.

seymore.

They will not work on a TXT-1. The TXT and Clod use the same inner axle, but the differentials are different. On the TXT the splined axle shaft slides right into the TXT metal side gear. On the Clod the splined axle shafts goes into a hex shaped thingy that fits into the side gear. Since the TTR shaft has no splines, it'll only work on the Clod. :-(

I can't figure out how wheel adapters for Maxx wheels will work. Or if they'll work.

Maybe just a longer screw? But the diameters aren't likely right. As in, the wheel nuts included with the adapters take up some space, that the screw won't. If that makes any sense.

Copied from TTR website:

Optional wheel bolts will be available for use with Thunder Tech wheel wideners and adapters

DEL-CB01 and DEL-CB04 will use 25mm x 5mm bolts. Part number: SP-5MF-25 $4.00 (set of 4)

DEL-CB02 and DEL-CB03 will use 30mm x 5mm bolts. Part number: SP-5MF-30 $4.00 (set of 4)
;)

Will these only work with the stock plastic axle tubes i wonder. I have set of JPS axle tubes and knuckles. Will these work on them. thanks

I'm guessing they will work on the JPS axle tubes. I would assume that the part that sits inside the axle tube has the same dimensions as the stock parts.

how are they going to increase steering? my knuckles hit my c hubs at full travel i physically cant go any more. i do however chew up axle pins on a regular basis.it will be nice to not replace them anymore

Darren at TTR told me that these will allow something like 8 or 9 more degrees of turning radius over stock parts. You would have to grind more plastic away or get aluminum knuckles.

Which explains this:

hmmm ... wouldnt grinding weaken the knuckles. i wonder how this will affect aluminum knuckles by inetrc, with my current setup the knuckle arms already hits the c axles tubes ... which means its maxing out.
