My condolences to you and the family of the Officer. And there are some people who just dont understand what our officers go through everyday. They put thier life on the line for our safety and protection, yet dont get paid near enough.

My Thoughts and prayers go out to you. I work in Law enforcement I know what is on the line when you put on that badge.

I live in a military town and though I have nothing but the most respect for our troops and what they put their lives on the line for to protect our freedom, the military does its fair share of bad apples. The base in my town just transferred a military unit that I will not name from a town in Texas. Prior to that unit coming to town I received a bulletin at work from a very reliable source in the law enforcement community talking about how this military unit constituted 1/3 of the ENTIRE gang population of the town.

I am in no way labeling anyone in the military, and I know that the vast majority of our troops are good hard working americans who do the right thing. Just a tidbit of information.

Reverend Phelps is quite a piece of work. I've been to a funeral where they showed up and it's quite the show (and not in a good way :evil. I'm sure the police that attend will know the rules regarding their "rights"...I think things have changed since they started their crap.
