Sense Hobby RCPlus app download problem

I just got an ESS Dual + sound system and every time I try to download the file app it won't run the app. I even got two email replies from Sense Hobby and tried their suggestions but it's still not working. I just keep getting an error saying the application can't run and to contact the vendor.

Anybody using an ESS One or Dual + sound system that's tried accessing the RCPlus download application lately?

Should anyone else happen to encounter this, I found the problem after opening the properties of the application...it's only compatible up to Windows 8, won't run on Windows 10. I pulled out the dinosaur laptop still running Win 7 and it loaded and ran fine.

Although if you go to sensehobby.com it's a dead site...have to google RCPlus download and find v1.8.

All that and I stayed with the default engine and settings anyway. :lmao:
