I'm currently adding a scale driver (very detailed), and rust patterns on the scale Toyota hard body. The rig's electronics are neatly displayed under the front cab and are 100% waterproof. I just love running underwater. There's nothing like it.

Thanks for the comments. The curries are nice. I took the rubber off the bottom to give more clearance. I don't mind scratching them at all. In fact, this truck is just made to be scratched. The cage protects it very nice. I fell off a 8 foot cliff today and landed upside down. Not a scratch! The RC4WD exo cage protects it nicely. Here's some pics of it dirty.

Well, I did get a 5% coupon off at RPP hobbies.. LOL. I try not to think about the money and just have fun. I have just as much fun with this rig as compared with my stock SCX10. For this build, I wanted specific parts. But yes, my wallet is empty now.

That's a great looking rig dude. if i might make one suggestion, you should do a chassis mounted servo it will give you a great scale appearance. To me other than that you have done an amazing job and spared no expense. I like the STRC rear cross brace, where did you get it?

Thanks! The brace came from RPP hobbies! It was on sale. Thanks for the suggestion, I will look into this chassis mounted servo for sure!

The STRC parts are very nice! It's a poor man's Vanquish parts. So I did technically budget this truck. I used STRC parts for steering. The parts bolt onto the Currie axles perfect! Very nice finish on them.

thanks the cross brace just looks nice better than stock. plus vanquish dosent make a cross brace...i always use the strc stainless steel rear scx axles in everything i have i think they work great for around 17.00 shipped...
