Scale Crawling Competitions

I did not see a thread for this so here goes. I was wondering what the rules are that most crawling competitions follow? Is there a sanctioning body that people tend to follow? I come from racing so I am familiar with roar and their classifications but am wondering where to go with building my scx10 for competition. I don't want to go gangbusters and spend tons of money but, I know me and I will not be running stock.

Pretty sure there is a thread about what your searching for, plenty of great reading here, but sometimes the threads can be outdated.

You might find what your're looking for in the 'Competitions and Events' section.
Or you could have a look in the 'Regional' section, find a group that you could comp with and contact one of them to see what rules they use.
