Hello, I just had an odd thing happen as I was checking out.

I received an email stating a product I was waiting for was back in stock.
Not only in stock, but on sale!
I added the item (x2) to my cart and began check out.
Right as I was about to hit the Pay button in PayPal... the price went up drastically... the item was no longer on sale. :cry:

I had an email sent to me with an Order Confirmation but I did not pay the new price.

Yes sorry the sale price was not valid. When I entered the stock I entered it into the sale location. I fixed it immediately after. Sorry for the error. Thanks Corey
 
I just received my order in from Fed Ex Saturday,ordered within the last week or so (can't remember the exact date off hand,memory ain't what it orta be :ror: ),I had used the Veteran's Day coupon code (I am indeed a Veteran,US Army Airborne Infantry 1991-1995).

I wasn't expecting the cool t-shirts and key lanyard (or hand written note on the invoice thanking me for my service),it was a really cool surprise,I wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for that,it made both my and my Wife's day. :mrgreen: So I just wanted to say thank you :D

Obviously I'm very happy with my business with RPP,this will not be my last order with you guys,and I'm not shy about recommending places that go above and beyond to friends/family and all over the web. Your service does indeed rock,my friends,and I will tell anyone who will listen, Have a great last half of the week! "thumbsup"
 
I recently went to place an order with RPP and during checkout the shipping price came up what I considered really high, I didn't buy the items due to shipping cost, I was emailed by rrp stating that they had saw where I didn't finish checking out and was wondering if something was wrong and to email them if something was. I emailed them and explained that I thought the shipping was very high for the small contents of the box, Corey emailed me back promptly and said he would look into it and for me to check back and see if he felt the same on the shipping. I went back later in the day and the shipping was dropped in 1/2 of what it started out being, that my friends Is what customer service is all about and why RPP will continue to be the leader of the pack. thanks again Corey for personally taking the time to post on here and listening to us and looking into even the little issues that customers have thanks Ron "thumbsup"

Very impressed with you and your customer service. I had a question about some Vanquish Wraith Knuckles that were in my cart along with a bunch of other goodies. It was 9:30 eastern time (I realize your pacific) and I sent email expecting an answer in the morning. Not 5 minutes later not only did you answer my question, the CSR also updated the listing with the corrected info. Thank you!

Hey Corey, any idea when part #VPS05328 will be in stock? Is that priced for two pins, two barrels and two rings? Or just one of each?
